Calls me 5 times a day and no one talks

Male caller with a thick East Indian accent, asked for "Mister [my last name]". They refused to state who they were, who they represented, or what they wanted and hung up when it was clear they weren't getting anywhere with me. A Google search for the number came back with very little information - this site and two defunct sites written in an East Asian language that Google couldn't translate.
