So it appears that there was fraud on the account. I don't know whether the people who called are the fraudsters or Chase. It took me about an hour on the phone with Chase getting disconnected twice for someone to help and find the fraud. The experience was interesting. Still have no idea who to believe.

Number claims to be Chase, but it is not Chase. Beware!

The number called concerning fraud at Chase, but when I disconnected and I called Chase directly, they said they never called, and all charges were legit. I also tried to call the number back and it says it is disconnected. It was a very weird call.
